Central Organisation Commission reviews 2011 tasks

Participantsat the two-day conference said that boards and agencies relating toorganisational and personnel work have been active in providingconsultancy to relevant agencies regarding the implementation of the11th Party Resolution, resolutions of Party committees at all levels andthe Party Statute, especially on new and difficult issues.

Partyorganisational boards at all levels assisted Party committees inguiding the preparations and organisational work for elections of the13th National Assembly and people’s councils at levels, as well as theimplementation of personnel work after the 11th Party Congress, theconference said.

The Central Organisation Commission has playedwell its consulting role in the drafting and implementation of projectsrelating to renovation of personnel recruitment, the planning, trainingand use of young, female, ethnic minority cadres and national programmeson personnel training.

More attention was given to the buildingand strengthening of Party organisations at grassroots levels incombination with building grassroots political systems and thecontingent of Party members.

In 2012, the sector should focus onproviding consultancy and instructions on work relating to the buildingand strengthening of the Party organisations and the political system atgrassroots levels as well as the contingent of Party members, theconference said.

The sector will also increase inspection of theimplementation of the Central Committee’s policies, resolutions,directions, regulations, guidelines on Party-building work, and continueimproving the quality of the contingent of cadres and agencies workingin the sector./.
