Cao Bang (VNA) – Authorities of the northern mountainous province of Cao Bang welcomed a delegation from Bai Se City, Guangxi provinc🌺e, China on January 7.
During the talks, the two sides reviewed the implementation of the nine agreements signed in May, 2015 between the two localities and discussed the cooperation in 2016.
They noted the progress made in carrying out the agreements, which cover economics-trade, transport, agriculture, forestry, education, science-technology, culture, and the building of border gates and border economic zones.
The two sides have regularly exchanged delegations at all levels and Cao Bang has sent students to Bai Se for language training.
Cao Bang is accelerating the building of infrastructure in the Tra Linh border gate, thus facilitate trading activities through the Tra Linh – Long Bang border gates.
The two sides agreed to consolidate the friendship between the Cao Bang’s border districts of Tra Linh, Trung Khanh and Ha Quang and Bai Se’s Jing Xi town.
They also discussed cooperatio𒉰n in cultivation and the export of agricultural and ﷽aquatic products.-VNA
More than 500 young people from the northern border province of Cao Bang and China’s Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region converged at a friendship festival in Cao Bang city on August 31.
