Binh Thuan (VNA) 💞– The 76th World Championship 3-Cushion Carom kicked off in the south-central province of Binh Thuan on September 25.

According to Farouk Barki, President of the World Carom Billiards Federation, the five-day event attracts the participation of 48 top players from 26 countries across Europe, the Americas, Asia, and Africa-Middle East. The host Vietnam will have seven representatives.
For the first time, Binh Thuan is hosting a global event of this scale. The tournament's mascot, a "Dragon - Dragon Fruit", reflects the province's famed fruit, symbolising friendliness and hospitality. The event’s matches will be broadcast live in four languages by Afreeca TV, reaching millions worldwide. Earlier, the organisers pledged 50 million VND (2,000 USD) to support northern residents affected by recent Storm Yagi./.
