The Infrastructure Investment and Transportations Construction JSC (INTRACOM) and the Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) on September 24 signed an agreement to fund the Intracom 8 building project in Hanoi.
Accordingly, the project has a total investment of 1.5 trillion VND (about 68 million USD), of which BIDV pledged to invest 580 billion VND (26 million USD). Located in Vo Nguyen Giap avenue – Hanoi’s northern gateway from Noi Bai International Airport to downtown, it will comprise three Asian-styled towers of 39 floors with 1,036 apartments. The building is hoped to be a highlight of the urban area project along the Nhat Tan-Noi Bai axis, which is expected to become a driving force for the development of the city’s northern region.-VNA
