Belgian golf tournament raises funds for Vietnamese AO/Dioxin victims
A friendly golf tournament entitled “Vietnam Ambassador’s Cup 2020” was co-hosted by the Vietnamese Embassy in Belgium and Luxembourg, the Delegation of Vietnam to the EU, and One to One Consult SA NV in Belgium on September 14.

More than50 golfers, including local officials, ambassadors, and diplomats from ASEANmember states, businesspeople from Belgian and EU companies, and Vietnamese livingin Belgium gathered together at the Hulencourt Golf Club in Brabant Wallon forthe tournament.
It aimedto expand and strengthen diplomatic relations and trade and investment betweenVietnam and Belgium as well as the EU at large. All funds raised at the tournamentwill go to the support centre for Agent Orange (AO)/Dioxin victims in Hoi An ancienttown in central Quang Nam province.
WijingaardGael, a local golfer from Wallonie Golf Club, championed the tournament.
Speakingat the club, Vietnamese Ambassador Vu Anh Quang said the Vietnam Ambassador’sCup 2020 forms part of international efforts to ease the pain of thosesuffering from AO/Dioxin and other consequences of war in Vietnam./.
The fourth Vietnam Golf Association (VGA) Union Cup is scheduled to take place at the Skylake Golf Resort in Hanoi’s suburb district of Chuong My from March 22-24.

For the first time, Vietnamese audiences will have the opportunity to experience the ballet masterpiece "Don Quixote" in its original version by renowned choreographer Marius Petipa.

This marks the first time Vietnam has hosted a continental-level Muay event which will feature competitions across 28 weight categories in combat and eight performance categories.
