Vietnamese photographers have won prizes at the 5th Balkan Exhibition. 

Nguyen Thanh An, from thesouthern province of Dong Nai, picked up a bronze medal in the Opencategory for monochrome pictures for his photo entitled Connect. 

An snapped a joyful momentof two children playing with lambs. In this category, Nguyen Ngoc Son’s GrandmotherNinh won the Salon HM award. 

Three other pictures by An,entitled Industrious; Mother and Together alsoreceive honourable mentions. 

In the Nature and Travelcategories, Tran Phong grabbed gold for the picture entitled Mother and Child 2; the Silver Salon medalfor his picture Exported CoconutFibre and Gold PSA medal for ColourfulTay Bac (Northwest).

The photo competition is heldfor amateur and professional photographers worldwide and includes categoriessuch as open in colour, open in monochrome, nature in colour or monochrome, andphoto travel in colour or monochrome.

The Balkan Exhibitionattracted numerous quality photographers from around theworld including Australia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, theUK, and Vietnam./.

Exhibition fe🥃atures President Ho Chi Minh as founder of Vietnam’s revolutionary press

Vietnam take silver in AFF U19 Final
