Bac Giang rectifies public servants’ working styles
The northern province of Bac Giang will continue rectifying the working styles of its public servants and Party members, and improving their sense of responsibility while performing duties in accordance with the provincial Party Committee’s Directive No.26-CT/TU and the Politburo’s Regulation No.144-QĐ/TW on the revolutionary ethical standards for cadres and Party members in the new era, according to a local party official.

Bac Giang (VNA) – The northern province of Bac Giang will continue rectifying the working styles of its public servants and Party members, and improving their sense of responsibility while performing duties in accordance with the provincial Party Committee’s Directive No.26-CT/TU and the Politburo’s Regulation No.144-QĐ/TW on the revolutionary ethical standards for cadres and Party members in the new era, according to a local party offici꧂al.
Standing Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Le Thi Thu Hong said that local Party organisations, administrations, sectors, branches, Fatherland Front, and socio-political organisations must strictly carry out workplace rules, regularly review and adjust their working process, simplify the processing, and cut unnecessary procedures. Besides, they are ordered to promote decentralisation, and clearly define responsibilities of authority of each level.
The personnel planning and training will get due attention so as to improve the quality of the cadres and Party members, while the personnel appointment must ensure transparency, integrity, objectivity, and comprehensiveness, she said, adding meticulous preparations must be made for the Party committees at all levels for the 2025-2030 period.
Along with reviewing, replacing or reassigning the positions of cadres and Party members who get bad feedback from the public and have poor capacity and responsibility, the province will pay due regard to praising, rewarding and protecting those who dare to take bold steps, and take on responsibility for the common interests.
Over the past year, harmonious measures have been rolled out by local Party organisations and agencies to rectify the working styles, enhance the responsibility of the cadres and Party members, as well as create favourable conditions for them to promote their capacity, and well perform their missions. As a result, the province has developed robustly, with its gross regional domestic product (GRDP) reaching 14.14% in the first half, topping the nation.
The province attracted over 1.42 billion USD of investment as of June 30./.
