The Committee of ASEAN Community Statistics System (ACSS) was set up atthe annual meeting of ACSS held in Jakarta , Indonesia on Nov. 4.
The committee was set up to boost cooperation in data statistics and expand statistical data for ASEAN members.
Thecommittee will issue policies relating to statistics in the region,guide and examine statistical policies, measures and standards and be abridge for ASEAN, regional and international statistical agencies.
