HCM City (VNA) – The Argentine film week started in Ho Chi Minh City on Nov🥀ember 11.
Four Argentine movies in different genres such as comedy, and romance, are being shown for free on November 11 and 12.
The films featuring in the event are No Kid, My first wedding, Underdogs and Vinyl Days.
At the opening ceremony, Juan Pablo Volken, Deputy Ambassador of Argentina to Vietnam said that Argentine Films Week was held four times in Hanoi and this is the first time it has came to HCM City.
He expressed his hope that Argentina’s movies will bring a closer look of Argentina’s people and culture to 💝Vietnamese audiences.-VNA
Canadian film Remember won the best feature film award and its star Christopher Plummer grabbed the best actor award at the fourth Hanoi International Film (HANIFF) that closed in the capital city.
