– Ahmed Bensebane, Director✨ General of EntreprisePublique de Télévision (EPTV), a public broadca🌠ster of Algeria, has expressed wish to sign a cooperation agreement betweenEPTV and Vietnam Television (VTV).

During a working session with VietnameseAmbassador to Algeria Nguyen Thanh Vinh on October 7, Bensebanesaid the deal will help the two national broadcasters share professionalexperience and co-produce television programmes on political, economic andcultural lives between the two nations as well as support the training ofexperts, reporters and editors. EPTV is interested in programmes produced by VTV and TV documents related to Vietnam’s history, culture, socio-economic achievements, he said,adding that EPTV is ready to serve as a bridge to popularise Vietnamese imagesin Algeria. Vinh, for his part, spoke highly of EPTV’s proposal andpotential of bilateral coordination. He said the Vietnamese embassy will actively help the twobroadcasters discuss and sign the deal, helping to enhance mutualunderstanding between the Vietnamese and Algerian people./.
