Hanoi (VNA) -
The sub-committee for the organisation of the 13th National Party Congress convened its fourth meeting in Hanoi on October 30.

Tran Quoc Vuong,Politburo member, permanent member of the Party Central Committee’s Secretariat,and head of the sub-committee, chaired the meeting.

Thesub-committee mulled over reports on the implementation of activities relatingto the organisation of the National Party Congress since the third meeting, andcommunications work in service of the congress.

Participantsalso discussed the interior décor for the congress and the design of badges fordelegates and invitees, among other matters.

In his closingremarks, Vuong emphasised the significance of the organisation work in general,and the communications and decoration work in particular, to the success of theimportant event.

He urged thesub-committee to realise the set detailed plan and instruct agencies and unitsto coordinate in order to ensure the progress and safety of the congress./.
