HCM City (VNA) - The HCM Public Passenger Transport and ManagementCentre has said 1,048 more trips will be operated on 17 city bus routes betweenDecember 31 and January 2 to cope with the New Year rush.
The centre said on December 8 that increasing the number of trips would improvepassengers’ safety and comfort, and instructed bus operators to prepare well,saying if the number of passengers increased sharply, they should be ready tooperate more buses.
The centre will alsooperate 25 additional inter-provincial buses at the Mien Tay Coach Station onDecember 30 and 31.–VNA
